How to Play
Red Flag is a daily diagnostic game about the diagnoses you cannot afford to miss. A fictional patient presents with a chief complaint — your job is to name the dangerous diagnosis behind it.
Rules
- Every day at midnight (Toronto time) a new case is released. Everyone gets the same case.
- You start with the chief complaint and the initial presentation.
- Type a diagnosis and pick it from the suggestions — free text isn’t accepted.
- Each incorrect call brings a new clinical status update, up to five.
- Your score is the number of clues you needed, out of five.
- After the case ends you’ll see the answer, why it can’t be missed, and the key red flags.
Archive
Every previously released case stays available in the Case Log. Archive play counts toward cases played, but only completing the daily case on its day maintains your streak.
Accounts
No account is needed to play — guest progress stays in this browser. A free Rounds account keeps streaks and statistics in sync everywhere, and works on every Rounds game.
Education only
All cases are fictional teaching material. Nothing here is clinical advice.
